I had my surgery February 18th so that makes me a little over over 6 weeks post op. I have been doing great but I haven't lost a pound in over a week. What am I doing wrong?

Is it TOM? Watch your sodium intake and make sure you are getting your fluids in. During PMS, I hang on to weight and lose it once my period starts.

No, it's not that time yet. I'm doing at least 64oz of fluids a day. Not sure what the issue may be. Thanks!

It's totally normal. You're quite lucky you've made it this far without stalling. Your body is just taking a rest. The scale will move again.....eventually. These stalls are frustrating. Every. Single. Time.
