  12. In April I had to buy a new summer wardrobe, but I'm not complaining. I have 10 lbs. to lose to reach goal. I am wanting a tummy tuck this winter and I have questions. Does a tummy tuck help reduce the waist area? How much weight did you lose due to having the tummy tuck? Did you go down a pant size? How many days was the pain miserable? How far after the surgery did the swelling go down and you could see results? How far out until you saw final results? I weigh 145 and I plan on being at least 135 when I get it. Thanks
  13. I don't see how this can be answered, how does this pertain to WLS?
  14. Good luck and God Bless!!!

  19. In Sundays newspapers you can find coupons and see the sales. CVS and Rite Aid have little cards that give % off. I buy Women's Centrum for my multi-vitamin, I buy any on sale for b-12 and Biotin. I used Caltrate for Calcium.
  20. Congratulations!!! Yes, keep moving
  21. I had a drain tube for a week. It's annoying. My husband would drain it out, write down the time and how much stuff came out to show the Dr. at my one week post-op appointment.
  22. At first you can chew two Flinstone Completes at night and morning. They have Caltrate in chewable chocolate also. I've heard to not use gummies.
  23. You can take prenatal or centrum multivitamins. I wouldn't pay that much. I tale Caltrate twice a day, Centrum once a day, and Biotin. My b12 is good right now, so I'm not currently taking it, but I can take 500 mcg a day. I drink Premiere Protein shakes.
