Constipation
I'm finally regular and after a lot of trials of milk if mag, smooth move tea, dulcolax etc..... I found my combo for my body. I take 2 colace stool softener twice a day and benefiber twice a day. You'll find that everyone's body is a bit different and responds (or doesn't respond) to remedies. Just need to do the trial and error until you find the right fit for you.

Isopure drinks
I love the grape. Buy it by the case. They are different for everyone. My boyfriend hates the grape and loves the pineapple one. I couldn't even get myself to swallow that one. Lol.

Any Washington State Sleevers?
I haven't done a pouch test either. I've seen people talk about but don't quite understand the why part of it but I'm still new at this. I had mine done in Mexico too but with dr Ariel Ortiz. It was an awesome experience. You meet a lot of great people from all over.

I Want a Drink!
I waited about 3 months for my first drink and had it with my friends so if I did not go well they would take care of me (we are all nurses). I mixed some flavored vodka with my vitamin zero water. It was probably weaker then a pre surgery drink but it was yummy. I had three of them and not even a buzz. I made sure I ate some good protein before hand so I wouldn't be tempted to snack on all the goodies surrounding me too. All went well

Ladies! Pain Levels post-op
Nothing like my c section. I had some gas discomfort that gas x took care of and after my first day back to work (5 days post op) I had muscle soreness but tylenol took care of that.

Alcohol - effects and wait time
I've drank once since surgery but I'm only a few months out. It was a couple of weeks ago and I had some vodka mixed with my vitamin zero water. I had a couple drinks and didn't even get buzzed. I was probably really light on the vodka because I was worried how I would react but it was no biggie.

Physically demanding job. Is two weeks off enough?
I'm a RN on a busy hospital unit so lots of running etc.. For 12-13 hour shifts. I had my surgery on a Friday and went back to work on Wednesday. The girls I work with helped me with my lifting the first couple shifts then I was good after that. I was sore like I did a good workout after the second day but I was fine.

Please Help! Throwing up blood? Just hours post op
I had the same issue. I had to stay a little longer because of it. I think My issue was the toradol. Every time they gave it to me in my IV I started vomiting. It was dark red too. I am a huge weenie with meds.
