I'm not a huge crystal light fan. I do like lemon and limes in my water. Another thing is I have a fruit infused pitcher which helps.

Are powerade zeros okay?

I like the Isopure and then the premium protein.

I drink water with a tiny squeeze of mio. I drink 96 ounces of water every day. I found that having a routine of always having my tall 24 ounce cup next to me I can get 4 down. Also at least one premier protein chocolate every day lol.

I'm 4 months post op and Water still hurts me, so I eat a lot of ice...I buy bags of ice from Sonic...

I also like to freeze Powerade (it has B vitamins) and I drink "aguas frescas" cucumber water....they're a lot of sugar I'm sure, but I need something to drink...I drink very little eat the ice mostly....

I'm down 55 pounds since Nov 20....I look amazing! ;-D

Prior to surgery I loved plain water. After surgery I haven't been able to tolerate plain water. I drink Propel water and the peach flavor is my favorite.

Plain water. I may add a 3:1100% apple juice ratio, or a capful of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar(good for digestion). My favorite thing is to suck an Altoid while drinking water. I'll also occasionally drink unsweetened hibiscus or peppermint herbal tea.

Thanks for sharing about not being able to tolerate plain Water....I thought I was the only one...it's so weird not to be able to tolerate it...I can only eat lots of ice and drink sips of other stuff....

I hope I can get back to drinking plain water some day...

I gave up soda 4 ½ years ago. Since then except for the occasional coffee or tea I pretty much only drink almond milk or water so my body was already conditioned to drinking plain water. In the summer I sometimes put cucumber and mint in the infuser, but for the most part I'm a water gal. Other than the first week when I had to work to drink anything, I don't even think about it anymore. I just fill a bottle and always carry it around with me.
