  5. Sorry, correct spelling is Premier Protein
  6. Premiere, 30 grams of protein and 160 calories!
  7. In April I had to buy a new summer wardrobe, but I'm not complaining. I have 10 lbs. to lose to reach goal. I am wanting a tummy tuck this winter and I have questions. Does a tummy tuck help reduce the waist area? How much weight did you lose due to having the tummy tuck? Did you go down a pant size? How many days was the pain miserable? How far after the surgery did the swelling go down and you could see results? How far out until you saw final results? I weigh 145 and I plan on being at least 135 when I get it. Thanks
  8. I don't see how this can be answered, how does this pertain to WLS?
  9. Good luck and God Bless!!!
  10. I had nausea for the first day only but spasms lasted a week
  11. In Sundays newspapers you can find coupons and see the sales. CVS and Rite Aid have little cards that give % off. I buy Women's Centrum for my multi-vitamin, I buy any on sale for b-12 and Biotin. I used Caltrate for Calcium.
  12. Congratulations!!! Yes, keep moving
  13. I had a drain tube for a week. It's annoying. My husband would drain it out, write down the time and how much stuff came out to show the Dr. at my one week post-op appointment.
  14. At first you can chew two Flinstone Completes at night and morning. They have Caltrate in chewable chocolate also. I've heard to not use gummies.
  15. You can take prenatal or centrum multivitamins. I wouldn't pay that much. I tale Caltrate twice a day, Centrum once a day, and Biotin. My b12 is good right now, so I'm not currently taking it, but I can take 500 mcg a day. I drink Premiere Protein shakes.
  16. The first few days it felt like I did a lot of sit-ups, I had more soreness on one side. I had a few spasms for a week or so after surgery but I didn't take pain medicine after I came home from the hospital.
  17. Mine is simple, since six days post-op I've drank two premiere protein shakes a day, (99% of the time), and any other protein I eat is a plus. I'm four months out!
  18. I think not sleeping is normal. You will sleep plenty tomorrow, God Bless you!!!
  19. I say, I'd rather have scars...you might have to buy a larger size shirt just to fit around your arms
  20. Blood work, EKG, chest x-ray and a gallbladder ultrasound
  21. It didn't hurt at all for me to swallow...one side hurt worse for me, it felt like I did a whole lot of sit-ups, but I didn't take pain medicine after I came home...you will tell a difference in your stomach when you start on solids and you feel full after a couple of ozs. God Bless!!!
  22. My taste after surgery changed in one way, I prefer flavored water better than plain water now...I like premier protein really well and the high protein is great too
