Almost here!

Good morning everyone! My surgery is January 23rd in TJ, Mexico with Dr. Ortiz! I am so excited to get this done and time is going soooo SLOW! lol I am going to fly out on the 21rst and will be staying at the Marriott. Anyone else going to be there at the same time? I was told I had to lose 10 lbs before my surgery and as of this morning, I am down 9.5 lbs. Almost there. So now for the questions! The NUT recommended I use the Vitaleph line for my shakes and Vitamins. I ordered the preop package and have been using it. The shakes aren't bad at all. I add some walden farms syrup to them to change the flavors up. The vitamins are huge and it takes me a full bottle of Water to get down. My NUT says after surgery I can open them into my shakes to get them down. Is it a big deal if I just go to walgreens and by them. I don't really want to spend 300 bucks a month forever on the post op packages. I have stalked the aisles at the pharmacy and they have chewables or gummies of everything I take. Thanks in advance! Can't wait to be on the post-op side!

You can take prenatal or centrum multivitamins. I wouldn't pay that much. I tale Caltrate twice a day, Centrum once a day, and Biotin. My b12 is good right now, so I'm not currently taking it, but I can take 500 mcg a day. I drink Premiere Protein shakes.

At first you can chew two Flinstone Completes at night and morning. They have Caltrate in chewable chocolate also. I've heard to not use gummies.
