Vacation goal

I was on a week's vacation and my goal was to maintain my weight. I ended up losing half a pound while vacationing at an all inclusive beach resort in the carribean. I did enjoy the food....treated myself a little with bites of Desserts and virgin piña calodas. Prior to my sleeve..I would have gained at least 5 pounds that week.

Now I am ready to continue with my weight loss .. About 30 pounds left ..

One thing I noticed is that I am very aware of my feeling of satisfaction when I eat.(amount I eat). once I feel a little bit full. I stop to eat. I never get that overstuffed feeling Or feeling lethargic from eating too many sweets or at mealtime,
