  3. Have someone rub it up towards your neck in hope to burp it out. Maybe neck/shoulder exercise?
  4. I'll be honest, I'm 3 months out and down 40 lbs. I'll indulge, no where near as much as I use too (weekly basis). Maybe once a month. For example a mc griddle meal. I'll take off the top part of the griddle and eat a half in one sitting. 3 hrs later the other have, 3 hrs later the hash brown. Instead of pop or juice I get a large cup of water. I'm a realist, I'm human and like to treat myself every now in then. I don't have the weekly cravings which is amazing!

  6. Good luck to you. That's my birthday =)
  7. This is a first for me! Your only 6 months, you have several months before you completely stop. Let us know your outcome after your meeting good luck!

  9. I use to be super regular same time every morning like clock work pre surgery. Now post, I don't eat no where as much as I use to. 2 1/2 months out every 3-4 days is regular.

  15. How are you doing with your vitamins? My dr had me in 3; multi, D, and b complex.
  16. I go out maybe 3x wk. I'm about 6 wks out. I can get full off a cup of Soup or eat half an appetizer. My immediate fam knows. But if I'm not with them I tell whoever I ate before I came or have another eating engagement and want to eat light. Normally were so busy talking for them to notice I barely ate anything.

  18. I feel great! I'll b 4 wks tomorrow. I only took 1 wk off work. To be honest I haven't been doing well with my Water, Vitamin schedule, and Protein shakes. But I still have energy, and know my body enough to know when to sit down. Right now I'm down 24 lbs. =)
  19. My doc subscribed me pain meds (hydrocodone) after surgery. I used it to get through my episodes....it worked wonders!
  20. I recommend you get in contact with your surgeon hopefully he can put you back on track. Good luck!
  21. Surprisingly in 3 days I lost around 7 lbs. Posted is highest weight, dos weight, and 3 days after surgery weight.

  23. I recommend you visit nashanutrition.com and order sample packets. Or try a local gnc or vitamin shoppe. Good luck!
  24. In my case of jumping through hurdles I found out I had sleep apnea. I was sleeved 3/14, as of today I'm 20 lbs lighter. My sleep study dr told me at a recent follow up dr if I loose 20 more lbs within 5 months I need to reschedule another sleep study to get my pressure re evaluated. Generally once you loose 25% of your body fat within 6 month time frame you have to meet with your dr and they will determine if you need to stay on. Good luck!

  27. My first food on my puréed phase was fried eggs! I added a lil cheese to give it a boost of protein. I honestly got tired of tuna and chicken salad in the first few days. My go to is thin sliced cucumbers. It gives a crunch factor I miss when I ate chips.
