Energy

I'm 5 weeks post op and I've lost 29 pounds but I feel more out of shape than I did pre-op. I walk at least 2 miles a day and am cleared for exercise next week.

I'm not sure where I'm going to find the energy. I get winded walking up a long flight of steps (ball park for ex) I didn't before surgery.

I eat between 450-600 cal. 70% protein, 20% fat, 10% carbs.

Thoughts?

How are you doing with your vitamins? My dr had me in 3; multi, D, and b complex.

I'm doing well on vitamins - I'm feeling much better this week. I've figured out that if I don't get protein and water on say Monday, Tuesday I feel like crap. I've really been watching water and protein - I also added B12 and things are much better.
