Horrible Cramps!

Dude...I feel like crap!!! My cramps are soooooo bad!!!! I miss ibuprofen so much!! My doc said to wait 6 months because it causes stomach issues. But seriously, Tylenol doesn't do anything!!!!!!!! I need something that will really work! Any tips/tricks/home remedies that would help with the cramps (besides a heating pad!)? I don't know what to do. :(

I know before the surgery I would use ice packs instead of heat packs (everybody thought I was weird) but it really did work.

My doc subscribed me pain meds (hydrocodone) after surgery. I used it to get through my episodes....it worked wonders!
