At which point do you consider to be the beginning of your journey?

Is it when you began the research? When you have your first appointment? Right before surgery? Right after surgery?

I think my journey started at the beginning of my decision in my mind to go forward...and that started with research, which I did a whole month before I ever met with my Dr. or nutritionist.

Which weight do you consider your starting weight when telling your story?

I wanna start with my largest weight but that was months before research began.

I just want to tell my story correctly and I'm not sure with this forum being so large and established if there is a protocol to how you document your journey.

VETS, what do you think?

There's no right or wrong, just what's meaningful to you. Check my signature area for my history re weight.

It was when I started my pre opdiet.

You are the writer of your own story so you determine what is right or wrong. I personally think the journey starts the moment you make that decision to change your life, since nothing else could happen without that first life defining moment. Good luck.
