My last day of being overweight

Tomorrow I start my pre-op diet. Surgery scheduled for March 24th. Super excited. Only thing I'm nervous about is the possible hair loss. Have to be honest that kind of freaks me out I'm hoping and praying if I stay diligent with my protein daily and my supplements I'll be ok!!!

Hi , I have my surgery in 2 days. I have to admit that I am a little nervous now. I am also a little worried about the hair loss that some people have. Hopefully we will not have any at all. Good luck on you upcoming surgery. I hope everything goes well.

Start taking Biotin now, don't wait until you start to experience hair loss. I had a problem when I went thru menopause with hair loss, the Biotin helped.
