  15. Hi everyone. Haven't been on for awhile. Taking care if my 91 year old father and we've had a rough month or so.... But I'm back now... I had surgery March 24th.. SW- 212 CW-175 I'm pretty satisfied with progress, surgeon said since I didn't have a whole lot of extra weight that I'd probably be a slow and steady loser... But 37 lbs in 2 months- I'm ok with that.
  16. I just told everyone except for my kids I had my gallbladder out! Lol. It's kind of funny my best friend had hers out about a year ago and gained 20 some lbs. She's just amazed how I've list 38 lbs since march 24th getting my gall bladder removed. She calls me a lucky B--- !!! Haha. If only they knew and I'll NEVER tell.
  17. Me too!! I'm hardly ever hungry. I have to force myself to eat most meals. If I'm busy outside I totally space off lunch.
  18. I had pretty bad back pain until about 5 weeks. Especially when I sat up for a while or drove.I'm three weeks out and I still have back pain between my shoulder blades. Sometimes it's almost unbearable. Have a follow up appt tomorrow going to ask abt that. Other than that doing good, down 28 lbs

  21. Didn't you have surgery on the 24th too? Holy cow and you're already eating all that stuff? I'm still on full liquid for another week. Lol.
  22. Oh the things I'm learning!I know I was so confused on a time frame for what pills to take when and with which other pills... Thank God my surgeon gave me a daily schedule for when and what pills to take. Lifesaver. I put it in an app for RX reminder. Works great!!!What app are you using?I'm using Rxmindme. I even put in what times I need to drink my 8 oz skim milk 3x a day. Sure helps me out!!!
  23. I'm staying away from too much dairy because it can cause gas. Also, some people become lactose intolerant after surgery. Next week, I start supplements, and one of those is calcium. Did you know that Calcium and Iron shouldn't be taken together because they cancel each other out? Oh the things I'm learning!I know I was so confused on a time frame for what pills to take when and with which other pills... Thank God my surgeon gave me a daily schedule for when and what pills to take. Lifesaver. I put it in an app for RX reminder. Works great!!!
  24. Surgery march 24th. Down one jean size!!
