Liquid Diet to start in AM, b4 pic, I am so unhappy, I cant wait to get better.

I usually feel pretty until I see myself on a full pic, its like my face doesn't match my body, and now with all the co-morbidities it makes the feeling even worst. I am praying to feel good again, that I could be healthy again and be able to meet my grandkids one day. At only 42, my weight has been a roller coaster ride, I WANT OFF!

Starting 2 weeks liquid diet tomorrow. I am full of mix feelings. Sw was 225, today is 212 with a bmi of 35.3 but with few co-morbidities which makes me a candidate for a revision from lapband to sleeve on March 26 only if the Doctor does as agreed, and he is known to do whatever he wants, lol.

I just want you to know I think you look great in these pictures. I wish I was as skinny as you! I know you are doing this for you and your health, but don't be so hard on yourself. Good luck on your journey and keep us posted. :-)

I would love for these to be my after pics! Your body is awesome. But it's how you feel in it that counts!

Thank you ladies for your kind words. Today is day 1 of my pre diet, minimal carbs, minimal sugar, protein & water, water, water.

Woke up at 5:30 am, showered, make up, dressed n out the door, dear boyfriend fixed my 12 oz skim milk, 1 cap of Miralax n 1 1/2 of protein shake, drank this on my 1 hour drive to work. * I can't stop thinking about food & to make it even more exciting TOM is on the way so I am thinking snickers on the back of head*

For lunch I will be eating 4 oz baked tilapia, for snacks sugar free jello n isopure zero carb grape flavor. For dinner another skim milk protein shake.

I think, given what I see from your physique/shape, you should have EXCELLENT results. Likely not even a lot of extra skin! Have the surgery, then, when cleared, do some exercise. You really look shapely now; just expect even greater things going forward.

... sleeve on March 26

Girl I thought that was a after pic, your a nice size to me in the photos but I know that you have to be happy with you, but u look great and imagine it get better than that after surgery......

Good morning

Yesterday was tough, my boyfriend ate some crackers in front of me and I was mad, I wanted my broth w crackers :( but I have will power at least for a couple of days lol.

I know my surgeon isn't worry about me doing a strict diet as long as I dont gain more than 5% of my 225 original weight we are good to proceed w surgery but I still want 2 make things easier for him (& me) by shrinking my liver just a little.

Today's diet is: breakfast 12 oz skim milk, 1 1/2 whey protein powder, & 1 cap of Miralax. Mid am : sugar free jello, lunch: 5 oz grilled chicken breast, mid pm: isopure no carb protein drink, & dinner: chicken broth w 2 eggs.

I feel tired n people tell me I look it 2. Its hard to concentrate, I feel lethargic.
