Thursday Fun--Does your sleeve have a nickname?

Has anyone given their sleeve a nickname and what the reason behind it? I've dubbed mine Sleevester Stallone after Sylvester Stallone LOL... my sleeve doesnt always know whats going on and just when you think its down for the count it kicks a$$ and takes names...(cue the Rocky music) I'm so happy with my sleeve!

I named mine Cujo, cuz it talks and grumbles and it's kinda temperamental sometimes too lol :-)

The Sleeve Who Must Be Obeyed!

I had to think of something that descibes my stomach to a tee, grumpy pouch. It never seems to be happy and it fills up so quick and then still is unhappy. lol

I call mine the Dictator because at this stage in my life, it rules me and I obey lol

Sleevie Wonder...don't judge!! LOL!!!

That's mine too! I thought about Bruce Sleevestein since I love him too but Sleevie Wonder makes more sense! Great minds!

Tank. As in "made of steel". So far (10 months out) nothing bothers it, which isn't necessarily the best thing.

Felipe - Named after the infamous horse in the Disney classic "Beauty & the Beast"

Shelby

Mine is Roo after the Winnie the Poo character because he lived in Kanga's pouch. You guys are cracking me up :)

My surgery is on the 25th. I have pre named my new tummy Pepé le Sleeve!

IRON LADY;

Nothing but nothing bothered her.

Not spicy tomato juice 4 days post-op

Not beef jerky 2 wks post-op

NOTHING........and then, this weekend, along came the radish!

The radish did you in!! LOL.

I am one month out from my surgery and nothing has bothered me. I am on soft foods at this point. I tried an experiment with a couple of fried shrimp and french fries..... didn't bother me, but it just didn't taste good. Too fatty I suppose. I'll have to find another favorite food. Right now it is refried Beans with melted cheese.

This post is hilarious - something I never thought about before but definitely will have to give it some thought :D

"My precious!!!!!!" rules my life--big time. No flaming Hoo-Haas ("Lord of the Rings")thank you very much.

i always refer to it as "my tiny baby tummy". but in a cute voice and i think strangers sometimes look at me funny when i pick something up in the store and exclaim things to my husband like "omg tiny baby cheese for tiny baby tummy!" he just rolls his eyes. B)

Seymour (from Little Shop of horrors) I know that's not the plants name but when my tummy talks I say feed me Seymour, makes my three year old laugh :)
