HI Bubble,

Nice to see you again. I keep wondering how you are doing. You were having so many problems with your band.

I do a lot of weight training on my legs. My legs are all muscle. My thighs are rock hard. I started doing this way before I ever got the band in an attempt to lose weight. I didn't lose weight then, either. My belly is another story. It's flabby and hangs down and I hate it too. I do stomach crunches and leg lifts. The trainer says there is muscle under the flab.

Are you eating now, and not having to stay on liquids? I want to lose weight so badly, but my scale never budges. I am stuck at 184 and have been ever since my last fill on 4-9. I have only lost 24 lbs since 12-29 and I am disgusted. I do everything I am told and the scale never moves.

I am going to get another fill. It's the only thing I can think of to do.

I was wondering where all the Dec. bansters went to. I have been looking for this thread!

Oh, I forgot to ask you....... How did you break your plateau?

I'm finding new foods to eat. Veggie crackers, parmesan crackers, fruit shakes, fruit smoothies, etc. With the meds I'm on now for stomach spasms things are slowly changing.

I broke the plateau with an extra mile of running daily. I'm still waiting for that euphoric high some get when running or working out really hard. All I do is sweat and watch the treadmill numbers go by. ;)

Are all of you getting enough fiber? I know when my scale doesn't move I take a scoop of ground flaxseed and ground psylum husks and mix it with o.j. and the scale will start to move - usally do it 2 to 3 times a week.... I think skinny people poop a lot. Just a thought....

Is anyone going to make a thread for us December bansters for May?

Maybe we should just revive the general December bandsters thread? These monthly threads aren't generating much traffic and I think we're losing people as each new thread is posted.

Just my opinion. I'll follow wherever we are. :)

I'm posting this on all the December threads to try to reach everyone.

I think those of us still posting have decided it's easier to just stick with the original December bandsters thread:

http://www.lapbandtalk.com/showthread.php?t=25506

There doesn't seem to be much traffic on the monthly threads and we may be losing people with each new thread.

However, like I said before, if others want to keep the monthly threads going, I'll follow wherever you go. :)
