BCBS of Oklahoma

I was denied. BCBS oklahoma said they have an exclusion policy on all bariatric surgerys:(

I have heard of others before. I have same insurance but texas and it is covered. I have a friend in North Carolina and it is same insurance but not covered there. Seems not fair.

Also I must add not 100 percent it was about 80 / 20 and my 20 percent was a most 6,000 dollars.
