Go into your settings & click clear image cache! Then you will be able to review pictures you have already viewed! I know that works for the app on my cell!

Jallsop, I just saw that you are still pre-op and I wanted to say that the typical day I shared is mine now that I'm 8 months out. When I first started I followed the diet progression to the letter! It was so important to me to make sure my stomach healed properly AND to maximize weight loss. Calories back then were 200-300. Didn't move to over 700 until about 6 months out. :-)

just curious i you felt like you were starving eating just 200-300 cal. is the beginning? headaches? that seems so little.

Girlie girl, I was not hungry at all in the beginning and no headaches. But I REALLY had headaches during the preop diet when I was withdrawing from sugar and caffeine. I took lots of ibuprofen for those headaches because I was still preop.
