I ate greek yogurt for Breakfast, refried Beans w/cheese or tuna for lunch and the same or some kind of Soup for dinner. I still had shakes as well. Scrambled eggs went down fine.

shakes, creamed Soups, scrambled eggs, refried Beans with 2% Fage (sour cream substitute) and lot's of egg drop soup.

During Stage 2 I really couldn't eat much. The effort it took to cook was not worth it...I could only eat about 2 tablespoons at most.

I'm on stage two also and I'm ready to explore. I ate scrambled eggs this morning :) going to try some tuna salad, chicken salad, egg salad but other than that I'm sure I'm going to get board of this for two weeks. I've heard avocados are good maybe some salsa but I need more protein ideas.

I'm not hungry at all, but I don't feel a restriction when eating food ( yogurt, pudding, refried beans etc). I'm keeping my calories between 500-800 and since being in stage two I haven't lost any weight. It's discouraging but I know it will get better. I know I'll start losing again... But it's still discouraging.
