Heh, that's ironic that you just posted this, I just bought Hershey's sugar free chocolate syrup and put a squeeze in my optifast chocolate shake. What a difference it makes. My kids actually wanted to drink daddy's shake. I let them taste a bit.....I had to explain that this shake was my dinner. Of course being on day 8 , I was drooling over their chicken nuggets and string beans and would have gladly traded......but I held my willpower.

Is it found in the refrigerated section?

I found it in the coffee section of the super market. I was looking for the big bottles of the sugar-free syrups but I didn't find anything sugar-free but I did see these which is actually a better option.

I use Torani and DaVinci sugar free syrups. They can vary the flavors a lot.

p.s. Cubs win. I am a die-hard Cards fan.
