Hi folks, looking for other folks scheduled for March...anyone?

How are you preparing for surgery? What protein sources are you planning to use?

Hi everyone im also having my sleeve done in March, March 28 im so excited! Having it done in Tijuana Mexico with Dr.Ortiz from A Lighter Me... My sister is about a year out and has lost 91 pounds. Best protien shakes at GNC.

Which shake are you using from GNC?

Mine is scheduled March 13....I am excited for all the March sleevers.. We don't have long to go

We are in the same boat mine is scheduled for March 12. I'm excited and nervousness at the same time. When do you start your pre op Louis diet. I haven't even started to sample the protein drinks yet.

Just scheduled my surgery for the 31st of March with Dr. Ortiz @ OCC!

Insurance approved! Did my final clearances today, EKG and chest X-ray. Surgery scheduled for 3/28.

I got my approval today for March 10

I start my pre-op diet on Monday... not sure of Protein source yet. The office has food/ protien supplements that they prefer you purchase. I'll know more on Monday based on what they recommend
