I've looked up information and from what I've read Mexico is more strict but their list is all in Spanish

Anyone recently gone to Mexico and bring food into Mexico? Any restrictions? I'm bringing someone with me for surgery and she wanted to bring her own food.

I thought a thread to track weight loss might be good for our group. I peeked in on the March 2013 group yesterday and they have me more hopeful seeing their progress... Preop HW 378 Preop CW 347 I've lost 41 lbs so far on dieting since I scheduled my surgery. 21 lbs since starting liquids.... I'm not doing very well tracking my intake so I have started using fitness pal to monitor myself better. Good luck everyone especially those getting sleeved this week. I'll be praying for you.

Wow Mrs MNC great job! I'm getting sleeved 3/10/14 and wanted to see people's progress that were sleeved last year.

I am so busy I forget to drink at work so I don't get enough calories or positron but so far so good otherwise. I'm using new whey protein bullets mixed with water, ensure high protein, hot tea, and occasionally fruit juice ... bariatric choice has a good raspberry hot cocoa protein drink that's pretty good too

I am getting excited and nervous as March 10th gets closer and closer. I've lost 28 lbs so far (Since January 16) and have about 2.5 more weeks of liquids before surgery. I'm drinking New whey Protein bullets (mixed with about 20 oz of Water. I like the fruit punch and "blue" raspberry. None of the New Whey Proteins end up the color you'd think they'd be. I also drink some ensure and Soups. I am 37 years old, 5'10" starting weight was 378 current weight (depending on the scale is between 345-350).
