Here's what I'm eating at weeks three and four :)

Hey there,

I just wanted to give you all the chance to see what I've been doing (as far as meal planning ) to make working and feeding a non VSG husband a little easier! Please feel free to let me know if you'd like recipes :)Weeks34mealplan.txt

Th thanks for the info. U gave me new ideas.

You're eating all of this at weeks 3 & 4 as a gastric sleeve patient? Just checking because I'm not even on purees yet & am at week 2.

Wow, that does seem like a lot of food for weeks 3 and 4. I'm 4 weeks today and still only have between 60 to 70 grams of Protein a day.

This is what I PLAN on eating but I measure ALL of my food (I highly suggest buying a food scale too it's worth the $20!) everything goes through the food processor with the exception of lunch meats which I slice super thin and chew for what seems like hours. Breakfast for example, I say I'm going to have a scrambled egg but in reality I'm having about 2/3 of an egg. I will be starting week 4 this week (same as week three) which is still mushies. Everything I'm eating pretty much looks like cat food! I also use baby spoons and forks to help with bite sizes. Good luck everyone and happy Monday!
