So this is MY 2014. Never would I have done this 101 pounds ago!

My new year is all about fitness and I love it.

I am doing the Rugged Maniac, a 5k/obstacle course (google it, it's awesome), my first 10k, a Zumba instructor certification course, and my Black Belt 5 day Leadership Camp (read that 5 days of martial arts HELL in the middle of July OUTDOORS in North Carolina).

If you had asked me last year this time if I thought I would ever love to move my body as much as I do now, I would have looked at you like you were nucking futs!

I am so so so so so so happy with myself, my decision to have this surgery and how freaking HOT I look and feel.

NO REGRETS!!! NO REGRETS!!!

Right now I do walk/run. 3:1... And will sign up for races in April. I will check out what u posted cause I need to build up endurance and muscles. Thanks for posting the info. And of course..
