It gets a little better every day but you really NEED to walk. Even short slow walks will help. I promise it will make you feel better.

Walking definitely helps. What are you eating? My doctor has me on Protein drinks for three weeks post-op, and has me sipping about half an ounce every 5-10 minutes. Slow going. :-/

I am on 2 calcium pills, one milti vitamin, 2 unjury shakes (I can't handle those anymore) protein soup and protein drinks which are nasty. Can't handle those either.
