Mmm a little help with a stall....please?

So I was sleeved on 11/21 yay!! I've lost about 44 lbs since! And I'm totally excited about it but... I am at a stall and I am barely eating. Can anyone tell me some pointers and maybe what you're eating? Thanks!!!

There are many many posts about stalls. Try searching for them. That will give you a lot of information.

Water water water! It will pass.

Congrats on your excellent progress so far.

Sometimes you may have to go back to basics.

talk to your nut. I had to up my protein at 3 months . Drink the fluids!!

you have to have a minimum of calories per day otherwise your body slows the metabolism down to cope with hardly eating. by eating below the minimum you actually inadvertently slow your weight loss progress. and yes drink lots of Water.
