I eat a 1/4 cup of nuts almost every night..Love them and it gives a nice crunch so satisfying!!!!!!!!!

MAYBE also post in reseach?!

There is an article last Sunday's Philadelphia Inquirer in the Health section that cited a study showing that people who regularly eat nuts live longer.

What about the people who are nuts..do they live longer too...hehehehehe

I love nuts, but they are a slider food for me. It's way too easy for me to overeat them, but they do a lot of good fats in them.

Nuts are not a slider for me. I can grab about 6 pecans and it is perfect for when I'm feeling like I need a munchy. Love that I can't eat half the container like I did before!
