I work with a lady and she greets me with some form of this every day. Hi skinny or something to that effect.. ...in front of people, which is embarrassing for me. How can I drop the hint that I want her to stop. I know there was a topic about this at some point but didn't really read it because I guess I never thought it would happen to me lol. And I searched for it but couldn't find anything. Thanks!

Nuts are not a slider for me. I can grab about 6 pecans and it is perfect for when I'm feeling like I need a munchy. Love that I can't eat half the container like I did before! -

I had this and then I remembered my doctor said b12 deficiencie is a big deal. Even though I'm taking a supplement I was worried I was not absorbing enough. I went and got a b12 shot and felt way better after. You may want to try that. -
My normal started back in week 4 also!!! Its a big relief!

I'm grossed out if I try to chew food a ton. I chew it until it is broken down but I'm not going to chew 20 times it changes the taste for me.
