4. I've lost 71 lbs so far and have been lucky enough to not have any loose skin yet. I moisurize every day with a good lotion and try to use a sugar scrub every other day.

11. I'm a little over 3 months out and have been losing A LOT of hair over the past week. Luckily, I've always had super thick hair to the point where I would have to get it thinned out. It looks like I'll be saving some money by not having to get that done for a while. I'm not worried, though, because everyone says it will grow back. If it gets too bad then I'll just get a sassy new haircut.
12. You look great! Keep up the good work!

21. 1. I confess that I don't exercise as much as I should either. 2. I confess that I sometimes miss being able to eat like I used to. 3. I confess that after lising 70 lbs. my biggest thrill was being able to shop in the "normal" clothing section this past weekend. 4. I confess that I weigh myself every time I walk by my scales. 5. I confess that I was shocked to see a picture of what I look like right now because when I look in the mirror I still see me as heavier than what I am. 6. I confess that my self esteem has improved significantly. 7. I confess that having this surgery is the best decision I have ever made and that I'm loving every minute of it!
22. Thanks! Getting the B12 shots is something I definitely am going to ask for. I also started getting dizzy when standing up at about the same time I started experiencing the fatigue. Maybe I'm a little dehydrated? I'm going to increase my water intake and see if that helps at all, too.

25. I am good about my protein and taking my Vitamins. You do have a good point. It could be something like my iron. I go back for a follow up appointment on the 20th and will discuss it with my doc then if I don't end up calling him before then. Thanks!
26. I had my surgery July 26th and the past several weeks my energy level has been non-existent in the afternoons. Come 2:00 I'm so tired that I have a hard time staying awake at work. I had a B12 shot when this all started and have not noticed a difference at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

31. Thank you, everyone. This week was an amazingly emotional week when I discovered that I was small enough to shop in the "normal" clothing sizes again. That's something I haven't been able to do for 20 years. Having this surgery has been life changing for me and the best decision I have ever made. I can finally look at a full length pic of myself and not want to cry. Better even yet is how great I feel. I even did a 5 mile walk for breast cancer awareness yesterday. I so, so, so LOVE my sleeve!

33. 70 lbs lost since Sept. 2012. 56 of that is since my surgery July 26, 2013.
34. I love my sleeve. I know several people that had the bypass and had lots of problems including having surgery again due to complications. I had my surgery July 26th and have lost 50 lbs, which is the same amount of weight my bypass friends had at this point after their surgery.
