Anna,

I had a 2 week stall, I decided to up my calories by 200. And worked out every day instead if 4 times a week and the scale moved 2 lbs!!

Stalled for 3 weeks but the scale is finally moving in the right direction! I was hoping to be under 200 lbs by my next follow-up on December 2, but I think if I am under 210 by then I will be happy!
