    I'm new to the forum and I hope I posted in the right section. I started my liquid diet today 6/27/13.I am drinking my protein shake and taking multivitamins. I think I'm doing what I'm supposed to do but I'm having a really bad headache. My surgery is on July 11,2013. What am I doing wrong? Please help
