Hi all I wonder if my food stamps will pay for Protein powder being that the label says nutritional information not supplemental info. Im gonna check with Target. If anybody knows anything about this can I please get some feedback. Thanks.

well just got back from shopping at Target and yes the food stamps pays for protein powder

Oh today I went to the doctor and he wrote a script for whey protein and the insurance company said they need a prior authorization from the doctor so I can get the protein from the pharmacy. has anybody done this before. by the way i have fidelis medicaid. oh also got my vitamin b12 shot today.

Yes, their are several brand of protein powder than can be purchase with food stamps. Walmart is also a good place to find protein powder.
