So here is an update.

A) Jen and I are not together Anymore. She has a new boyfriend but we are still good friends

B) I am single...Semi by choice but open to meeting new people

C) It was one of the scariest/funniest moments and I really can't wait to see how they put this together

I love how the real Greg pops up and spanks everyone! Lol!!

Edited by Bubbles77

Haha, Thanks bubbles but i'm not spanking anyone. Just letting people know more information than what was given. We all here in the same boat...some of us just have some more laughs than others

Spanking? Who said spanking?!? Yum

Greg,

Your pictures and success are an inspiration. I just learned that I have spoken to you on the phone a couple of times and used to work with your father. I am 11 days post op.

OMG, I'm totally watching this on TLC right now. Go, Gregg! :D

Gregg, it could have happened to any of us. LOL Congrats on the weight loss. You are an inspiration.

You really cannot make this up!

I'm curious how they play it out too Gregg, were you and Jen part of the interviewing?

I am only asking because I have a high school friend who's story was aired on a show called "family secrets". As well, my ex MIL was on deadliest women, she was a girlfriend to a man who's high school aged daughter poisoned him here in north texas 20+ years ago.

Both were involved in the taping and said several things they thought would be included were not actual on the show once it aired.....

Will be curious to see

Kudos Greg! Totally a memorable experience for sure!

Nothing wrong with getting a little rough

So

Rough it

Is.

Thank you guys for the support. I Have been going around on radio shows and talking about the show. One of the big things I have recently pushed off of is to talk about post weight loss Psychological aspects. If you guys want, I can post more updates of where I will be and what I'll be talking about. The story was fun and light hearted but it really was a way for me to show that weight loss can be possible and their are many things that can be achieved.

But on top of this, there are many things that TV shows don't show or express.

As far as the show. We were part of the interviewing and most of the stuff we said was put on the show. A few things left out but nothing detrimental to the actual story. It was fun to do and the comments tend to range from horrendously negative to the upmost positive. You guys, of course...are positive :-P

For a minute there this thread started to creep up from PG-13 to X-rated! Haha

Amazing transformation!

(:

Well for your information that story is about me. I've lost 220 pounds and had skin reduction surgery from the weight loss. You can weep all ya want but I definitely turned my life around. I was 21 at 440 pounds. Now i'm 215 pounds For reference - This was me at 440 https://scontent-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-frc3/3602_295475100570295_666720491_n.jpg This is me recently https://scontent-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/155742_10153319999165104_170990462_n.jpg I teach cardio kickboxing and Zumba on the side. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iH0DxaQxvZc Here is an example.

You look great! You inspire me! Congrats on the weightloss!

Congrats Gregg! I am happy that you shared that because that was always my fear with the weight I have carried. I am glad you put yourself out there and I am sorry for the negative responses. However, I think you look amazing and you are an inspiration. If you ever come to LA and zumba out here, I would love to attend a class or just meet you for that matter...lol.
