You wanna know what's super fun? Being super dehydrated, and getting a bladder infection. Thankfully it's not bad and the only symptom I have is frequent peeing(not much, just all the time) no burning or anything. But man. I've got to be serious about getting my fluids in. Ugggg.

I've been discouraged and in a stall for 3 weeks. We were on our wedding trip and honeymoon, so I hadn't been working out like usual and eating out at restaurants. I thought when we got back I would lose a few lbs. it didn't happen. I start working out with my trainer again on Wednesday, so hopefully that helps kick me out of this funk. I love to see everyone's success stories, but I feel that I haven't lost enough is comparison. 65 lbs total. 40 since surgery 4/25. I know everyone loses at different rates. I guess I'm a slow loser, but I haven't been a loser at all fee a few weeks. I guess I haven't been much help, just know you're not alone.

I had a 3 week stall too. It will pass. It's just annoying!! Congrats on the wedding!

40 lbs since 4/25 is great, by the way!! Don't be so hard on yourself!

I'm sorry. Typo! My surgery was 2/25. Still good and I would not be losing this much if I hadn't had surgery. Just gotta get back in my routine. Thank you for the support and encouragement!

40lbs is still great!! :)

I'm nervous about hungry I've been lately. I'll have a protein shake for breakfast and need more to go with that now. Wasn't like that earlier on. Curious if anyone is experiencing greater hunger, slower weight loss

I am.surgery dare was 2/28. My appetite has been crazy for the past 2 weeks. And my weight has come to a screeching halt at the 60 pound mark.

Anyone know of some things to try for kick starting weight loss again??

I'm happy to announce that my weight loss stall has broken. Finally! I lost 3 lbs this morning and I'm officially in the 250's! I didn't change anything related to my diet, but I did start seeing my trainer again.

I'm 18 weeks out, 48 pounds lost.

Thank you! I have another appointment with my trainer today at 4! I'm gonna have to put my jetted soaker tub and Epsom salt to use tonight!

Whatever it takes to get you through lol. Just Keep it up

Hi All. Been catching up on everyone's progress. You all are doing so great. Had my 4 month appointment last week. Was told I'm right on track & to keep it up. I'm down 64 lbs from my highest weight & 56 lbs since surgery. I've noticed my weight loss pattern. I'm loosing 4-5 lbs every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks. So if you think you are "stalled" keep track it could just be your pattern. I asked about this & was told that it is healthier. She said the people that loose their weight extremely fast tend to be unhealthy and ill. I'd rather be healthy & loose it slower than be sicker then I was at my heaviest. Keep up the great work ladies & gents.
