139.8 this week! Finally out of the 140's!!

Down 1 lb at 138.8, 1 lb til New Years goal! Might be able to do it.

I have to fix my check in weight for today!

Sorry if TMI lol, but I just used the bathroom for the first time in DAYS, and got back on the scale to find that I am 183.0! Yay! Lol I was shocked lol.

Weighed in this morning at 209.4, I was at 206 this weekend which made a solid 40 pound weight loss, dang holidays. Lol

It's definitely not TMI. If I don't go for a week or more (this is one of my biggest problems), I will weigh 1-2lbs less after I finally go. It's crazy!

Been a bad girl but enjoyed it. 148.5 today. Will start course correcting today. Back on the wagon full-force tomorrow.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
