This might be a good place to start. If they won't do fills for patients that had the surgery else-where... then they certainly would know who to send you to. :-)

I second what Bevers said. That is where my DW had her surgery with Dr. Evanson. She just had her 2nd fill on Monday. Here's his website....you may want to call him as well. Good Luck!!
