28 lbs till I reach my goal!

I'm also slowing down as far as WL goes and can eat more. I'm also really concerned about it. I'm still not exercising consistenly. I know I have to. Not sure why I can't (won't) get my ass in gear. I'm some place between a size 14 and 12. Goal is a real size 10.

No change this week. Two weeks in a row! My weight loss has definitely slowed. Part of the reason has been little to no exercise the last six weeks. I've had a problem with a sciatic nerve. I see the the neurologist tomorrow after having completed a MRI and some other tests. Hope to be cleared for exercise soon.

I gained 4 lbs, probably the Halloween candy didn't help, I eat bad carbs so for the next two months I am committing to starting over with the basics. I have 7 lbs to lose this month and 6 lbs for December. I will meet my last goal. However, if I'm a size 2 now I'm not for sure what 13lbs. will look like.

Only down a smidge myself, .4 to be exact. I can totally relate to others on here about being able to eat much more. It concerns me that I can already eat more at 10 months out, what will it be like 20, 30, 40 months down the road????

Frustrated that I'm so close to goal, but not quite there. I am happy I'm not gaining, though. I briefly flirted with losing a pound this week - but ended up back where I started.

Great news this week was that I have a new granddaughter (born on Halloween)! I'm looking forward to many active years with her.

I always briefly flirt with 2-3 pounds "losses", ????

Congrats on your extra special treat on Halloween ☺️????????

Weekly numbers are here...

Based on 18 participants (although not everyone updated numbers)

Total pounds to lose goal: 2393.8

Total pounds lost so far: 2136.5

We are at 89% of goal!

Congratulations everyone! Keep on keeping on! As my husband continually tells me when I am frustrated...it's a bigger success to lose pounds now, than it was when I was at my high! Keep up the great work!

I haven't posted in a while. I was feeling like I've been doing great. Except that I went to the doctor yesterday and found out I am malnourished and Vitamin deficient. I've been eating about 600 calories a day. That's upsetting to say the least but the kicker is that I found out that my scale is 8 pounds lighter than the doctors office. So I haven't lost as much as I thought. It's been a rough couple of days. I know I have to get back to tracking. My family and boyfriend don't really see the problem I'm having with the news. I knew i could vent here. Thank you. I'll be posting my weight on Sunday.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
