Ve had some pretty good success with weight loss since my surgery in July. 77lbs down in 4 months! But I've been in this horrible stall for 4 weeks, which has led me to fall into some old eating habits the past week or 2. Too many carbs, too many bad foods. I've still been around 900-1100 calories, but not good calories. Is it just as simple as "getting back on the wagon"? Have I stretched my stomach? Done irreversible damage? I've consumed pasta, diet soda, and even some sweets. I was doing so well and not even craving the crappy stuff, but once I took a bite, all the cravings came flooding back.
