I started at 296 at 5'8.5

I am now 190 at 5'7!

Good news....I finally got brave and checked my bmi....at 5'7 I'm still not obese! Woohoo!

I used to be 5'10".... the last time I measured I was 5'8 1/2" WTF? Its because Im getting old, and the spine is compressing. I like the fat feet and head theory though... ;) I split the diff and say Im 5'9" now.

Nooooooooo, I am 5'2" and I can't afford to lose even a fraction of an inch....

Um I am only 4'11". :(

Ok so I am freakishly tall, 6'1" and now people constantly ask me how tall I am or comment on my height. I don't mind. It amuses me because I don't think I'm any taller or shorter than before but it's what people notice , which is a lot nicer than the muffled comments I used to overhear about how huge I was. I do think my posture is better and I'm still working on improving it.

I have grown an inch! Gone from 5"9 to 5"10!
