as far as I know, no not just from losing the weight fast. Heart attacks are from your artaries cloging. but I am not a dr so I am not a 100% sure

No you can't. A heart attack is a blood flow issue and happens when cardiac tissue is starved of blood.

The weight fluctuations are a greater risk for heart attack. Dropping weight rapidly can be ok if you maintain it because your heart figures out how to accommodate your smaller size and the muscle doesn't have to work as hard.

It's the fat/skinny cycle we ask our hearts to accommodate that is the true problem.
