Stall
2 months ago I was working out all the time, got prego and kinda stopped was to tired all the time then I miscarried, so I am just now going to start getting back to working out. My eating has been crap since the miscarrage but I only gain 6lbs part of that was during the pregnacy, I am out of my funk now so getting back to the right eating. just seems like my body doesnt want to let go again,. kinda feeling like I was before the surgery that nothing I do is going to work. and the 100lbs is all I was ment to lose and I dont like that, I really want to lose the rest. think I am going to try going back to just my soups and protein bars and see how that goes

Scared of Food
Yes I do and I was sleeved the same day as you , I think we can eat more now is cause we are all healed and our swelling has gone down, I think if you just keep tracking and keep doing what you are doing you be fine the stalls happen and they will continue to happen you just need to keep your chin up and keep doing what you know is right and you will get there

Where is aunt flo?
that can happen after surgery is what my dr told me cause I had a very weird cycle last month very light and 2 weeks, my dr told me next month I might not even get one, its just because of all the changes going on in your body
-
carbs
your body is going thru some massive changes, and its holding on just give it time and it will happen, I understand how frustrating it can been I have had a few stalls and it is hard not to see the scale move but you need to stop looking at the scale numbers and just see how your body is changing and how you are feeling. and yes your cycle can affect it also. are you getting your water in? that is another big thing and sleep also. but just be patiant and it will come off

8weeks post op and stuck
Yes about 8 weeks is when I had my first stall, do worry your body is freaking out cause you have lost so much so fast just keep doing what your doing and it will start coming off again
-

Drinking with Meals
lol, yeah I dont time it I have gone 2 hours before drinking after I ate before, and yes it was very hard to get use to but now I dont even notice not having my drink anymore
-
Hiccups
yes I get them all the time now never really did before surgery normally if I just drink some water it will help stop them
-
Drinking with Meals
Yes, your not suppose to ever drink with your meal or 30 mins before or after, you dont want to fill your stomach up w/liquid you need to get your nutriants in and the water will push the food faster so your body wont beable to get all the nutriants it needs from the food
