You just had Major surgery your body needs time to recalculate

And it will be patient and love yourself through, due what your suppose to and the results will come

YES! It's normal! you will find many, many posts about the same thing. Don't worry!

Thank you both for commenting!! It can be frustrating!!! But I'm happy with my 22 pounds lost!!

I am having the same issue--stalling for the 2nd time -- and it is frustrating. The thing is, although the scale is stubbornly not moving, all my work pants feel gigantic on me, so I'm trying to keep in mind that I'm losing inches even if the darn scale won't cooperate! :) hang in there!

Thank you! It's nice to know that I'm normal! :-) that's awesome about your work pants!! It's such a wonderful feeling trying on clothes and have them fit!! Good for you!!

I'm 5 weeks out also, lost 23lbs so far, but 18 of those were in the first 2 weeks. Since then I've had a stall & just lost really slow. I only weigh myself weekly, but it is frustrating. Feel that I'm doing most everything right. Need to increase exercise I guess to help things along...? Any other suggestions?

My doc told me I would stall week 3. And I am stalled.

Just keep doing the right thing. It will happen.
