What is your "(non)guilty pleasure" food?

I say (non)guilty pleasure food because I refuse to feel guilty for consuming this. I eat only a small fraction of what I used to and I limit these to only 1 a week but they are seriously responsible for keeping my mind sane and balanced on this entirely new way of living I have adopted recently. Also, my weight loss has not stopped even after I consume these (at least for right now). So what is your indulgence food (or drink)?

About once a week I stop by Starbucks and get a tall (smallest size) Salty Caramel Mocha Frappachino with no whipped cream and made with Organic Soy Milk, sometimes with an extra shot of espresso. My tummy doesn't mind it at all, which is a little weird to me because it minds other more healthy things... lol.

chicken wings with buffalo sauce made from real butter and Frank's red hot..dipped in homemade bleu cheese with tons of gorgonzola and bleu cheese and a greek yogurt base (because that's how I like it)... I used to eat 10 as an appetizer.. now I eat five as a meal.

So jealous. Wings are a favorite of mine but I've not been able to tolerate chicken since surgery.

Wow...had no idea coffee had that much protein!!!! I will be getting one in the a.m.....thanks!!

I have an adverse reaction to aspartame so I cannot even drink Crystal Light. Aspartame is really a harmful poison.

I cannot handle aspartame or sucrulose or any other fake sweeteners. Crystal Light does make a Crystal Light Pure that is made with Stevia (no reactions to that). It's hard to find sometimes. Walmart carries a few flavors.

Thank you again!!! I can't wait till tomorrow morning!

Other flavors listed on the link, too.

I wonder how this product is? It seems less expensive and has Stevia as well!

When I was going through chemo, one of the only drinks that sat well with me was lemonade. And I'm diabetic and so went for the Crystal Light, drank a ton of it and got a horrific headache. And then read the ingredients.

I LOVE starbucks. I have a venti skinny vanilla latte daily. 14 gram protien, 160 cal Plus it helps me go to the bathroom, so a double benefit..:()

Starbucks Skinny Mocha decaf and fat free' date=' 110 calories for a Tall.[/quote']

Mmm. I treat myself with this every 2 weeks. Yummy. Tonight I had 1 1/2 servings of the Tostito dips with fresh salsa. First time since my sleeve. I made sure to log it into my food diary and am satisfied. My old ways tried to take over and wanted me to get the bag and et more, but I held fast :)

I am with you on the Aspartame! I am so mad bc Crystal lite used to have one with stevia instead and I can't find it anymore.

Yes you can it is available on their website. It is the Crystal Light Pure. I bought Several boxes of different flavors. And you get a coupon for your next order

It's not the coffee' date=' it's the milk in the latte.[/quote']

Huh? It would have to have 2 cups of milk to get 16 gm protein.....
