had lap band out four days ago

I have had the worst time with this band glad it out but can someone till me can I you can start eat soft foods ??

I just had my band removed yesterday......How are you doing?

My band was removed also. My Dr. told me to do liquids for two days and then back to a regular diet. But he also said to be careful about what I put in..
