Wow! What an inspiration you are!!!

Cool!

You are an inspiration! Way to go. Can I ask about your exercise regime? I have surgery the 15th (Thursday). I am worried I will be lost in knowing what to do when it comes to the gym. I know I can walk and such but did you do anything specific?

Liane... I go to the gym like 5times a week. I swim a lot. And do the treadmill. I was just recently cleared to lift weights. I got very sick aftwr my surgery so took awhile for me to beable to excersize like I wanted to. I did however get 5pound weights and I was lifting those from day one out of the hospital. Just to try to avoid as much lose skin as possible on my arms.... I still have a ton of it lol. But when your cleared for working out I highly recommend swimming. Zumba is really good also. Good luck on your journey :)
