DON'T EVER BE DISCOURAGED!! ALWAYS BE POSITIVE.

Why are you discouraged... the scale will go up and down so many times on this journey. Follow doctors protocol and the weight will continue to come off like its supposed to. This is just a little blip... your body is like oh my god... real food... hoarde it!!!! You will be fine. I promise

Sometimes you take one step (pound) forward and then two steps (pounds) back. Don't worry you will be fine just stick to your diet and exercise.

Yea don't sweat it...you are introducing food to your body that you haven't had in quite a while. Just continue to follow the doc's orders, get your water in and remember to eat your protein first.
