Need words of encouragement

Omg!! I thought the weight loss was fast. I am about 12lbs heavier since having the surgery on Monday! I know there is supposed to be some fluid retention but I'm freaking out. How soon do the pounds come off?

Thx. I feel better. I will stay off the scale. Lol. Congrats on your weight lost.

Thank goodness I was so out of it after surgery that I didnt have the mind set to even step on the scale otherwise I would have been freaking out too. Follow the program and the weight will come off.

I have to stay on the scale to keep myself on track. I always gain a few pounds with my period. It's frustrating.

For me there's weighing and then there's weighing..the first two weeks I lived on the scale.crazy obsessive and no way to live my life.now I weigh on Tuesday's and Fridays and I try not to compare...I did this to change my life and become free. I'm just trying to go with the flow.

My surgery was Thursday. They put me on the scale when I took my first walk and I was up 13 lbs. Thank goodness some of you have talked about that here so I was not surprised. I'm going to stay off the scale for a week.

Also, I'm so bloated! I feel like a blimp. My fingers look like fat sausages, my ankles and knees are swollen, and I look like I'm pregnant. Can't wait for that to go down!!!!

I dont trust my home scale. So I only weigh at my nuts office once every other week
