Yes thanks I know I shouldn't pay mind but is hard specially when I feel fat n ugly

I know how that can be. I lost about 80 lbs out of high school and I thought I was so fat and hideous. But I see pictures of that now and think how could I have thought that? I could see my collar bones and I had a waist. You have to work on it really. Happiness is not always easy to come by when you have low self esteem. Surround yourself with positive people and enjoy each day that you weigh less than you did. You are a step closer to a healthier you with each positive healthy thing you do. God bless.
