Lol! All I've done is pee it seems like!! Yay for liquid diets?! :-) lol

I'm starting day 5 of the protien shake diet today. I agree! i've never peed so much ever! I'm being good' date=' and not cheating so far. (luckly i only need to do one week!)

I have gained a pound or two in the last few days too! On liquids!! Makes no sense. I am not sure what is happening. With only a liquid diet, this feels impossible. I thought at first it was all the barium making me constipated but now I feel like I am not losing enough and I am worried I will get to the day of surgery and be told to go home and lose more. Ugh! I am already down a lot from my heaviest but I am just not losing anything right now and it feels super frustrating.
