  2. It is awesome to see so many tarheels doing great! I haven't figured out how to change my ticker lol - but....surgery on April 12, 2013 - highest weight was 308 surgery weight 294 and 234 at my last weigh in so 74 pounds lost to date

  5. Hmmm - fat content wasn't too bad - not much higher than what I normally eat...I was in kind of a hurry so I did eat a little faster than usual. It didn't feel like normal dumping - but anything is possible...thanks for the thoughts!! :-)
  6. I have found myself getting dizzy easy the last couple of days after eating. Like I had a high protein lunch about 3-4 hours ago, took a poop and now am shaky and dizzy again. Any ideas?

  8. Dumping can happen with any food/drink. If you eat or drink to fast you can dump. I had my first at 4 weeks post op - off Tums!! Myrtle the pouch tells me what I can and can't eat. If she doesn't like something, she throws it right back at me.

  16. I am 3 months out from surgery and its still horrible!! And the matches only make it worse lol - tried that! And yeah - my hubby is the same way- he's definitely a keeper for the smells he's put up with lol!!
  17. Ok so I know everyone's poop stinks - but man oh man!!! Since my surgery the pooping is just plain nasty!!! I'm wondering if its the iron I'm taking. Any one else have this problem?!

  19. Down 56 pounds 37 inches went from a 5x to a 2x I was guessing when I put the date on it...apparently I guessed wrong since its only the 17th :-)
